Graduate Research Conference
Today we visited the First Graduate Student Research Conference that Oakland University has ever held. I was glad that we had the opportunity to go because it allowed us to see other students present their work like we will during the 5th and 10th week of this program. Because I this, I feel like I will be more prepared to present my research to the best of my ability. My favorite portion of this conference was the keynote speaker and lunch session because I had the opportunity to discuss with the other REU students and learn more about some of the research that was presented while I was in a different break out session.
